The reef of Vaadhoo Coral Garden (Wadu Coral Garden) is located west of Vaadhoo, about 60 minutes from Male'. This is a good dive for novices. The best place to begin the dive is in the atoll opposite the water bungalows where the reef is protected from the wave actions. The corals here are beautiful. The reef slopes to a sandy bottom at a maximum of 30 meters. Fish life is abundant with many varieties; colorful basslets and damsels surround the corals with schools of trigger fish and banner fish hovering above. Swimming northward, the reef slowly changes more to a wall. Closer to the Vaadoo channel the current might change, it is time to go to the top of the reef and finish the dive.

As the name implies, Wadoo Coral Garden offers a great variety of beautiful and colorful coral formations changing with some sandy places in between. At this dive site located at the Wadoo house reef some turtles and also baby sharks are living. In addition to these attractions Wadoo Coral Garden offers a lot of other marine life also - morays, soldier fish, groupers and lobsters are to be seen. A very nice and relaxing dive interesting also due to its coral formations.
